A consumer friendly site where consumers can quickly find real estate professionals in there area, conduct property searches and review useful information on buying and selling real estate. This site is designed to capture consumers & to distribute to our agents for NO referral fee.

Keller Williams Intranet Websites

A dynamic Intranet site that is maintained by the KW Staff and is used to keep KW associates up-to-date on the latest technological advances and Internet tools.

A Intranet site that is maintained by the staff of Keller Williams Portland Premiere.  It is a source to keep updated on local topics, office forms, training materials, etc.

Microsites

A Microsite allows Associates to establish a lead capturing tool online quickly and easily while “masking” their identity to the outside world. 

When a consumer selects any of these pages, they are directed to a form to fill in their information. That data is captured in an email and sent directly to the Associate.

Keller Williams Listing System (KWLS)

By entering a listing into the KWLS, it then receives nationwide marketing. Listings entered into KWLS are currently sent to Google and Trulia with a link back to the agent website - meaning only the listing agent will get the lead from these sites with no charge.   Additionally we are in contract with 6 other sites that we will begin feeding listing data to as well. 

KW White Pages

Through the KW White Pages, associates will be able to search for other KW associates by professional designations, service areas or real estate specialties.

Allow the entire KW network to zero in on you through customized searches.  Great source for referrals!
